Returns & Exchanges

Anya Hindmarch offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all items purchased online, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags intact. Please note that personalized items and bespoke orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective stickers and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your parcel at a designated courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner as instructed in your return confirmation email.
